One contract, one schedule: why fragmented launches run late
Delays rarely happen inside each contractor's work. They happen in the gaps between them.
A typical launch involves a licensing agent, a broker, a designer, a contractor, several suppliers, a systems installer and a branding agency. Each works to their own scope and their own schedule.
Delays usually happen in the gaps: drawings that do not match the equipment, a POS that arrives after the counter is built, signage that needs approvals nobody applied for.
With one contract, those gaps belong to one team. The project manager sees the whole schedule and orders the work so each stage is ready for the next.
For the investor, that means one point of contact, one payment schedule and one handover date written into the contract.
